If I wanted to be offensive - I would be a little more direct.

Do you believe the Dept of Home Land Security is misusing money by pursuing/handing off criminals as they find them?

I believe they have done a damn fine job of keeping us safer yet have made many mistakes and can and will do better over time given the right leadership.

PS: The border drug wars are getting so bad - not sure it will be long before they act like the terrorists they are in Mexico here in the USA. So if the Dept of Home Land Security is involved in protecting the USA from dealers/gangs - I say go get'em boys - lord knows the immigration dept isn't doing anything.
