Roger, off topic, I recall that you mentioned in a post long ago that you had some knowledge/expertise in the field of electrical energy. If so perhaps you could let me know what the experience has been in those states that have deregulated, and what opportunities have presented themselves. There has been speculation about deregulation up here in Ontario and I thought I might try to educate myself in advance. Any thoughts you may have would be appreciated.
