Hi Surething. Management did not drive the price of Winspear down with "all this dilution." The market drove the price down because Winspear has not yet,or might never, find a pipe on its property. The decline in price has been accelerated by the overall sick condition of the junior mining market.

The last time Management "diluted the stock was when they did a financing at over $3 per share. This move saved the company in my opinion.

The options have been approved by shareholders, but as far as I know 2.3 million have not yet been priced or allocated. 2.2 mil are at $1.62.

Hope this clears up any misconceptions.
