What's your argument on QCOM Maurice?

The Weekly chart does indicate a bounce off the lower Bollinger Bands (plug QCOM into the following SLV weekly chart):

bigcharts.marketwatch.com

But the 30 Week MA has rolled over. And if you look at the monthly, it doesn't look any better than the rest of the market. Will a rise in the USD impact their competitiveness?
