Henry -
I appreciate the exactness and clarity of what you just wrote.
Not sure you really heard me, though.
This ain't about me.
I think - I certainly don't know - that there maybe a stigma , to some degree , attached to diabetes research.
Admittedly thats not only a dumb line of reasoning but a bad line of reasoning .... nonetheless ...
And I think this line of reasoning (sic) has caught you by surprize.
Perception ----------- I own some depo. At best, they will do $22.0 mil. next yr - if approved.
Thats a pitance versus what you just described about LGND.
However, if they were doing diabetes work, in addition to what they are doing, I'd view them differently than I actually do now. I'd hang out for the cancer approval and move on.
I offer no justification for this. It just is.
In conclusion, my views and more or less dumb thinking ain't the issue.
I am trying to voice the thought that , to some degree, if you do diabetes , your a little bit dangerous.
Not saying this is an INTELLIGENT thing to think, or a RIGHT thing to think and so on ....
but this thought may be impacting the price.
That's all.
