Doesn't mean his science is wrong. It does sound drastic to me too.

I'll just have to take your word for the rest of it as you must know coal.

But let me ask you this. If 9 out 10 scientists said an astroid is on course to hit the earth in 2 years and that is how much time we have to build up a way to survive underground and the other 10 percent of scientists said "Naahh--our research shows it will miss us" on which side would you want the Government(s) to err?
