OT Some of us LIBERTARIANS opposed to most war efforts said long ago we could have put the money ($1.5T?) we now put into keeping the gas flowing in the ME into things just like this while subsidizing the price of higher oil until we got the technology going. I don't understand what you are saying here, Kirk. Subsidize the price of higher oil and at the same time subsidize solar?
