OK, I see what you are saying, the sampling pool is suspect because of the size of the non-participation.

Now if you are going to lump the majority of the GW crowd as being in the tank on the research because they are working for these climategate guys I think it incumbent upon you to come up with the figures/numbers to show that they are actually a majority of working climate scientists.

And then you have to make the case that the named participants have put the "gloom" on their subordinates research.

I mean if you want me to accept your argument that is.
