We need to find out what tax breaks enabled GE to pay zero income tax last year and end those tax breaks as well. IMO to make the tactic of raising taxes other than a political ploy for votes from the uninformed - tax increases need to be levied uniformly across the population and business worlds. Tax gimmicks as a campaign issue are simply more of the same gamemanship from Washington. It is very hard to take the Obama approach seriously - but oh taxing corporate jets and oil companies sounds soooooo good.
