This comment is nonsense.

There are hundreds of provisions in the Code that are benefits for the non-rich. Everything from EITC to "making work pay" credits, household energy credits, various itemized deductions that rich people don't get, small business health care deductions that rich people don't get, IRA deductions rich people don't get, tax free social security benefits the rich don't get, the list just goes on and on.

Oh, yeah, and the death tax exemption for small estates. Let's not forget that one.

There are a hell of lot more exceptions to the tax law that benefit the poor and middle class than there are the for the wealthy.
