VK: Microsoft Exchange is so slow and cumbersome that I hate to ever use it; I think it's one of the worst software programs I've ever tried. Lots of times people just want to pull up a document in a hurry and get it over with; using Exchange is like pulling teeth sometimes. Therefore, I think you are very wrong since I hear that same complaint from a lot of people. Corel has announced that they're going to beat MSFT at their own game by undercutting prices; that might be a little harder to believe.
