I have not followed NETL at all, but almost at the minute the merger with BRCM was announced, some "entity"(I can't remember the name and I am too lazy to look it up) was asking for an investigation of NETLs "board" claiming they sold NETL too cheap and therefore the investors in the company were defrauded! It seems like a 50 percent gain in one day was not enough. Don
