stan...AMAT & CYMI...thank you for the charting and for the insight. AMAT i am so excited that i actually asked you if amat had a double bottom: see how you have enlightened me! it certainly does look like a battered child, but it seems to hold great promise: i suspect with earnings due, we may just see that heavy volume break...i will try to divine the outlook for those earnings, but i hesitate to consider a disappointment here...any thoughts on its opening activity, form a ta standpoint? ( earnings due after close...) CYMI how long is the MACD buy effective? just the day, correct? what if there were news of some sort; how would that affect the indicators, i wonder. could this truly be a bottom???
