Charles: Are you saying that the Preferred's are now worth 15 times
their original value??? Can you explain what you mean?

What I gather is that Preferred's may convert into say 100M shares.
These 100M + existing shares + any others = total of say 200M shares.
All these 200M will reverse split to 13.3M shares on a basis of 15 to 1,
which means that the Preferred holders get the same deal as us.

Maybe somebody may be able to give a better clarification.
