Viscount(VSYS) is adding a new board member finance.yahoo.com This guy used to work for the department of homeland security. He sounds like an excellent addition to the board and may be someone that can open some more government/industry doors to Viscount's products. There has been some nice volume the past couple of days although I can't say I like where the share price has gone lately. I have seen this on a number of my small cap/micro cap stocks lately. Is tax loss selling getting earlier with the hope of buying back the better opportunities at a better price? Neal
