I too have heard the that district could go away. The voter won't go away and neither will Mr. Turner. That area will be part of some congressional district and and Turner can file to run.

On a bigger picture New York a democratic state losses 2 seats while Florida a republican state picks up 2. Texas another republican state picked up 4 seats. I think this indicates people are moving from high tax states to low tax states. It will be interesting to see the end result after the 2012 election.
