Off Topic: Horse Racing.

My grandfather Arnost raised race horses before the war. The war put en end to all that fun.

So I was told by grandma.

Dohyn was his favorite. Smart, fast, winner.

One day, racing him against a young pup, grandpa decided to let the lad win. He held Dohyn back.

But, Dohyn was fast, a winner, trained to win, and won.

Grandpa was pissed. He hit Dohyn.

Next morning, in the stable, grandpa's hand offered a sugar cube apology.

Dohyn sniffed it, looked at grandpa, brushed the sugar cube off.

Turned his head away.

Took more than a week for him to forgive - almost.

Guess he never forgot...

Moral? Well, when it comes to horses and people, you know which side I'm on.
