Yeah.. good move on TNA.. I've just been too gun-shy to actually hold anything overnight, especially TNA or TZA..

I just trade them and hope to make 1% each day. Very difficult (and dangerous) trading the 3x ETF with a quirky internet connection from my hotel in Jakarta.

Btw, check out the chart for IWM and TNA. There seems to be a major divergence in the charts (which should almost be identical). TNA has bottomed on it's longer term support, while IWM seems to be bottoming at a higher equivalent value.

Not sure, yet, what this suggests.. Is IWM going to go down further, or is TNA undervalued relative to the other RUT ETFs? All I know is that the charts should not be this different.

It's quite possible that Europe, and the rest of the world's markets, has caught a respite from the Greek Tragedy.. We all know that Greece can't possibly pay its debts, but there is just too much to lose by letting them leave the EU. And the Greeks know this.. They can play a bit of hardball (discreetly) knowing that by threatening default, they can get the Germans and French to cave in..

Extortion, and shake-downs, are not just an Sicilian/Italian talent.. Greeks are pretty good at too.. ;)

But we know that it's inevitable. China is not likely to be willing to invest too much.. Just enough to scare the shorts away and achieve their political goal of WTO admission.
