Apparently you have reading comprehension issues. You say Flash's lack seriously diminishes user experience and a key Microsoft rep says it doesn't. Don't believe me reread the exact posted quotes.

I have nothing against Microsoft apart from years of sheit user experience with bugs, viruses and blue screens of death. If/when my user experience on Apple is equally sheitty as it was on MS I'll consider switching back. Meanwhile NOK is a much larger holding than AAPL so I'm rooting for them.
