Charles, I can understand you're concern...it's hard to believe that ISGI could become a respectable company. But that is why they are changing the stats. They won't be the old ISGI, they will be the NEW TWTI! And they will have a small float and the company will begin to see an upward trend in the stock price. And it will start with a sharp movement upward...people are going to jump on this stock. Mark my word!

And I think you'll see that the preferred will have the same reverse split.
