For internet access a single T1 line is quite a bit of bandwith and according to GTEs Microsoft ADSL trials sufficient to support 200 ADSL subscribers. But I have no doubt that GTE will monitor traffic on that T1 line and add more capacity if the T1 bandwith gets saturated.
