It would seem to me that, as mentioned previously, there is a whole lot of water that flows through the Missouri system during the year that could be captured and diverted to arid regions much like is done with California.

Such a system to me would be an investment in infrastructure that would have a huge pay back.

Man - I'll tell you this - NE Ohio this year if captured could have floated Noah.

Edit: It is yahoo kind of day in the market. We committed to a huge amount of spending in August - and boom - the market took a big dump!
