Agree. TXN is in talking with Hitachi to sell DRAM plant for $300M-500M including some of the TI's automation and process technology in that plant, which is one of its 0.18u DRAM plant joint venture with Hitachi at DALLAS. I've heard that for a while, could be true very soon.
