"dollar-swaps liquidity" - the new political cover code name for money printing

"The European Central Bank said it would coordinate with the U.S. Federal Reserve, Bank of England, Bank of Japan and Swiss National Bank to ensure banks unlimited dollar funding through the end of the year."

online.wsj.com

A guest on Kudlow (I only watch sometimes to marvel at how clueless they are) today said that a Lehman-type event will be avoided in Europe because Geithner and Bernanke "control the largest printing presses in the world" (the dollar-swaps liquidity provided by the Fed). Kudlow chimes in that printing presses are good for stocks. They talk about stagflation, but nobody mentions gold. Duh!

It sounds to me as if "dollar-swaps liquidity" is the new political cover code name for money printing, but of course this is just "a loan"..
