Vix spikes to 40, and Goldman's alpha fund has problems, UBS rogue trader loses 2 bln, etc. The system is quant-levered to the wall on "no outliers", which means they count on the Fed put. I don't agree with it, but... bailouts for financial terrorists with the nukes. We pay.
