ElM, you obviously don't understand investments. He buys the citizenship, pays no taxes, collects dividends, works to pay off the citizenship loan, then sells the citizenship for twice what he paid, retires back to his poor home country and lives like a king with many servants looking after him.

<A guy who goes into 2 million debt to get a job in the US? This does sound like a bright guy.

How long it would take him to pay his 2 million debt plus the money he's got to send home to compensate his parents for getting a degree?
