And not if you include the costs of back-up and storage for when it isn't ..

The current cost of wind generation is below about $.05 per KwHr. Just on it's own basis. More and more conventional generation is being displaced by new, growing, renewable generation, especially in Europe.

We don't need additional backup, there's more than anough already..

It's a percentage of the generation mix situation Triff.
