I have started getting 40 lb boxes of bird feed for the locals at costco. They need to get strong for the winter. I put it on my deck and watch them fight over it. The little squirrel chases the little birds up to jays. But when the squirrel runs at a raven they chase him back. It is great drama and they are so happy to have easy food-lol. The jays even started eating the little seeds. They ravens beaks are too large, except for scoops. I feel like I am doing something to help I can see. Ravens don't seem agressive to other birds or squirrels? Big guys that look at you-lol
