The Harrisons are still here and holding 91,000 shares of RMIL.

We understand shareholders wanting information about a particular
company that they hold shares in, but the constant telephone calls
to RMIL has gotten out of hand. These people (Gary and Roland) have
to do their work. If they spend all day on the telephone answering
shareholder questions, they arent going to get the merger done.
The merger is fundamentally more important than taking calls for
questions that most likely can not be answered due to either pending
lawsuits or the merger. Lets call it a quite period. Hell, Toys R Us
wont tell analyst anything from around mid-November until after
Christmas, so if you buy TOY now you are just making a bet on
good holiday sales. No guidance from the company.

Like I posted before, this is a mathematical issue and most people
believe that the information that Riley has presented and received
from shareholders is accurate. The race hasnt been run yet and
it seems that many shareholders are making a big push with their
brokers to get them the certificates that will put us over the top.

It certainly seems that the louder the nays get, the closer to the
nerve were getting.
