Continued Flash ROM updates to fix bugs. One of the problems with selling video cards, and so many of them, is that problems are generally visible and immediately obvious. So I guess the apparent happiness of resellers with Diamond is the continued updates. Too bad it's so easy to update; I think this makes developers a tad lazy.
