You're not going to be a TI stockholder. The deal for AMTX completes the chapter. You get your $20.00 a share, and do what you want with the money. AMTX get buried in the bowels of a semiconductor group in TI and they only get to display their wares through the DSP chip they are working on.

What happens to WSTL, who get a Strategic Partnership bone, is another question. Maybe the get snapped up too, but not now.
