Thank you for the link to that. I shall start wading through it. My experience of such jamborees is not good. They seem to end up heavily mired in bureaucracy, jockeying for position, ring-fencing and getting hold of the money, rather than "the ultimate goal" they mentioned. <The ultimate goal is to accelerate and support the introduction of safe and effective innovative diagnostics in public health applications. > Getting out of the way is usually a good start.
