When you say Diamond gets top "honours" from
resellers, may I presume you are referring to the
CMP "honor" Diamond received a month or two
ago? Are you aware that the "honor" in question
was bestowed upon Diamond on the basis of
comparison to ATI and Trident alone? It seems like
a great many "honors" Diamond has received do not
withstand a great deal of scrutiny. No one has ever
been able to explain why Hercules, Number Nine, Matrox,
and a host of other Diamond competitors were excluded
from consideration for CMP's "honor." Take a look at
the Usenet and various sites on the Web. Diamond doesn't
hold a candle to most of its competitors in terms of technical
support or driver reliability.

As noted in the past, the site in question features end-user
complaints AND very specific complaints issued by resellers.
