CB, you have the priorities somewhat right, but I'd want to have a toilet too, even if it's just a hole in the ground with a door to keep the rain and wind out in winter. Fast internet should be further up the list, ahead of stove, air conditioning, dryer, cable tv, heater. Not having any kind of toilet would be annoying. I'd put a shower ahead of most of that list too. And a car. Making poor people do without a toilet and shower is brutal. Mqurice
