If they needed better pricing, then start out that way, do not bait and switch theuser. I don't think it is "bait and switch" when a company makes a transition like this. Campbell's Chunky Soup isn't as chunky as it once was. hence hte apology letter, hence hte disaster to their business plan. that is a simple BS copout on any person associated with this business. I don't see how it is a BS copout. The guy looked at the public reaction to the changes and said, "I screwed up". As to the business plan, it remains to be seen whether it is a disaster. I sure want to see the collapse in share price stop, but the stock is far more attractive to me now than it was a month or two ago.
