Please explain:

1) Define "fair share" Obama has not.

2) How is increasing taxes on business owners and executives going to generate jobs?

My theory is that Obama put forth such a weak "jobs bill" that the house has to vote it down. Then during the campaign, he can point to the republicans and say, "I tried to introduce a solution, but the republicans voted it down". His "solution" is that absurd.
