Why do you find it so difficult to believe that Congress fears a Black backlash if they take congressional action against Obama? They clearly bow down to Blacks on every other issue and go out of their way to pander to them each and every day, so why do you believe that this is any different? An intransigent refusal to take action against a Black president because of the color of his skin is exactly what one would expect from Congress these days.
