Pat, Haven't heard anything yet on an Alcatel announcement but it is coming! Regarding the AMTX-WSTL news today I defer to you that it did actually take the full ten market days for it to happen. I bought Amati at $11 and Westell at $14.25 on this last signal so needless to say I'm happy. Don't be surprised to see a Westell buy out offer shortly. Sam
