What? I can't stand most Democrats. I bitch about Obama all the time. Plenty of his policies have failed. You're confusing me with someone else.

Yes, it's true. Democrats are feckless and the Republicans are dangerous. I'd rather support the former than the latter. I did realize however, that I would've probably voted for Eisenhower over Obama. But the parties are not the same parties they were in the '50s in terms of policy alignment, and the leftmost Republican is to the right of the rightmost Democrat. That wasn't the case before. So should I vote for a right winger if I support left wing policies, when no right winger will support a left wing policy? Of course not. If I did, I'd be a moron.
