Pat, I bet you are in for a shocker today!! If I'm upset, I can't imagine what this means for you. I now realize the best part of being an Amati shareholder has been getting to know you, Jim, and many others who have been so strong on Amati being able to lead the way to future of telecommunications. I'm really disappointed with Amati in not being able to secure a better future for its investors--at least to pass us the ball going foward. With the Westell offer at least we were still in ADSL. Now we're out in the cold. No, No, No to $20. I hope the story has at least one more twist. Michael
