To all:

Just checked Bloomberg and there are no filings to indicate insider selling!!!! Insiders, as mentioned before have to give 30 days for the filing to sell their shares.

I think we are getting close, looking for another major move to the $3.50 level by friday or monday. (i.e. the extensions are running out for the MM's to cover their short positions which have been called thus far)
