Interesting, wonder where those huge prawns I buy at Costco come from? dirty rivers in Viet Nam? They taste great.

Speaking of who destroyed the cod fishery, I remember when I was going to school, almost every week there were reports of fish being dumped overboard because the fish plants could not handle it.

Caplin today, only the females are shipped to Japan, the males are dumped, I've seen the bottom coverd with them, Males taste great fried crispy.

Then there was the white fleet, and reports that one could walk accross St John's harbour on the boats.

Then there's this , if a fisherman catches a salmon in a net in NL , He has to through it back dead or alive, and farmed salmon does not taste good to me.
Anyway better get on topic or get kicked off.

edit : they're shrimp not prawns and are from Bangladesh
