Fluor Announces 1997 Fourth Quarter And Year-End Results Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR - news) today announced net earnings of $88 million, or $1.04 per share, for the fourth quarter ended October 31, compared with net earnings of $78.9 million, or 93 cents per share a year ago. biz.yahoo.com Consensus estimate was $0.82.
