Some info. William Dambrackus (Pres.) files to sell (form 144) 70,000 shares through Punk Zigel & Knoell and Mark Kacer (C.F.O.) files to sell 30,000 through the same broker, on 11/17/97. Last file by Mark - bot 5,500 shares at $8.75 to $8.82 on 3/13-3/18/97 to bring holdings to 20,500 shares. Since he filed 30,000 perhaps part is option related? For William, the last insider activity I saw was in 1993, thus not real meaningful today. Good Luck. P.S. The file of 144 is not a sale, it is only permission to sell.
