Kevin, first of all, let me thank you for the phone calls and effort you are putting in to this plus your neutral position taken.
With that out of the way, the question I have is not particularly at you but for all is - if there are only 800,000 shares locked up by insiders, and the entire shares outstanding is 3.3 million, leaving 2.5 million in public float, and assuming the foundation has what, 2.8 million so far, what difference does it make about the 144 shares?
Sure it makes a difference as to the timing of the squeeze, but it still would happen, would it not?
However, one factor that could make a difference is the release of more shares above the 3.3 MM, something Morgan stated he would not do. If that were done, yes we would have a problem IMO. And then the 9 MM in the RMCW/OVIS merger does have some area for fudging also.
Time will tell, and patience now is a key for those long on RMIL.
Thanks again,
