Would it be possible to allow us to set the time zone for our accounts, so post times will show the relative time for our locality instead of the current East Coast of the U.S. method?

I'd love to be able to know when someone posted using my current time zone rather than when they did according to Eastern Standard Time. Most forum software I've run into allows this, I hope it can be implemented here at SI.
