Think about xmas '99: $100 psx systems, 32 megabyte personal computers with monitor for $499? $599? $699? Only three major player gt erts and cuc. What happens if one of the big content guys decides they have to get back into the business? You need two things to be successful, channel and product creation. Hmmmm...reasonable takeout candiate? even without a good play on the market expansion. GT: improving product mix, more management horsepower, cheap stock due to acquistion overhang. seems like a reasonable risk reward to me... TD
