I cannot fathom how SEG with losses and no future in sight can command $23 per share, while QNTM with 71 cents per quarter per share gets about 20% more is very surprising to me. I think there are some MMs who think that SEG is trading at its low and QNTM is not, and so they punish QNTM more. It is simply irrational trashing (the opposite of irrational exuberance). QNTM should be at least twice the price of SEG. I had thought SEG would fall to $15 or so this morning.
