But don't forget, its moving from one account to another at a reduced price. In other words there is a catalyst to sell. The buyer is unaware of the impending "bad news" and so is enticed to buy at the reduced price.

Its not really surprising that the big time analysts have secret "sources" for information. But I think that the internet provides a way for companies to level the playing field for all investors and that they could be more diligent in ensuring that info is released to all at the same time. JMO
