There is a bank run on Wells Fargo now. So run for the hills. <A bank run is not hard to start. > I have shorted it because when the bank run gets serious on WFC, the share price will fall a LOT.

Having started the bank run, I'll check in on Monday [USA time] to see how the run is going. Do you think I have done enough to start the run? I got a good roll going on Lehman Brothers and that worked a treat, all the way down to sold off to Barclays.

Hey, there really is a run on Wells Fargo. House prices are down [the security under pinning the share price], mortgagee and "cash for keys" transactions are up [see CB's comments]. WFC has already sagged somewhat. I really did short WFC. It looks like a bank run to me.

How's that? With that added impetus, there should be a veritable stampede underway, not just a jog, trot, canter, run or gallop.
